Meet Jimmy Murphy
Jimmy Murphy was born in Manhattan and grew up in Northampton MA. For as long as he can remember he has always had a passion for acting. He can recall watching movies that ranged from comedies to fantasies and dramas and thinking that he wanted to be like those people on the screen. Many years later and at 25 years old Jimmy is still keeping that dream alive.
He believes some of his most recent work portraying such characters as Hal in Proof and John Merrick/The Elephant Man in The Elephant Man shows his penchant for tackling a variety of roles. It is Jimmy's goal to continue acting for the rest of his life and to do whatever it takes to embody the full spectrum of the human experience.
